FAQ
Warning
- Do not use this device if there is any apparent shipping or handling damage.
- Endoscopic biopsy should not be attempted until proficiency has been developed with biopsy forceps.
- Excessive force should not be necessary and should be avoided as not to damage the forceps.
- Biopsy forceps should never be forced through the endoscope’s channel. If resistance is met due to excess angulation of the endoscope, it may be necessary to decrease the angulation to allow passage of the forceps.
- Biopsy forceps should not be extracted through the biopsy channel unless the biopsy cups have been completely closed (with or without a specimen.)
