Nitrile latex RF-9616 for medical gloves
Carboxylic nitrile latex is an anionic polymer emulsion.Abbreviation XNBRL.
The latex has a relatively uniform molecular weight and particle size distribution, oil resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, can be cross-linked with sulfur and metal oxides, and its stability is better than natural latex.
Its products have no allergic reaction to the skin, are resistant to sharp objects and scratches, and have a better tensile strength than natural latex products.
Application:
Carboxylic nitrile latex is abbreviated as XNBRL, milky white liquid, relative density 0.991 ~ 1.050.
Acrylonitrile content> 33%. Surface tension <48mN / m. Due to the introduction of strong polar carboxyl groups on the macromolecular chain, the activity and bonding strength are improved.
Performance is better than ordinary nitrile latex.
