Q:Is your printhead original or refurbished ?
A:We only sell new and original printhead ,we don't have second hand or refurbished print head.
Q:How long does it take to arrive to my country?
A:If the product is in stock,we send after payment at once ,usually delivery day will be 3-7 days.If the product is out of stock,we will need about 3-5 days to prepare it .
Q:What warrenty you have?
A:For printhead ,we promise it is original and new,but once you install on machine ,it can't be return or refund.For other parts,like PCB board ,motor ,power supply....warrenty is 3 month.Free changing and repairing in warrenty.
Q:Can I pay the deposit first? How much does the deposit need to pay?
A:Yes of course you can,the deposit will be 30%-50% of the amount
Q:How to send payment?What payment method you support?
A:We support T/T,paypal and western union,also support pay through alibaba and aliexpress.payment commission will be taken by buyers:paypal is 4%,alibaba is 3%,aliexpree is 6%.
Q:Can it be free shipping?
