Cold Rolled Steel production line
The annual production capacity of cold rolled steel plate production line is 600000 tons, and the production specification is 0.12-1.2mm * 750-1250mm. The production line adopts the advanced full hydraulic pressing mode, which is flexible and stable in control. Combined with the thickness gauge, AGC plate thickness automatic control is realized to ensure the product quality. The cold rolling mill is a six roll reversible cold rolling mill, the working roll is driven separately, the relative position of the intermediate roll can be adjusted according to different strip width, and the roll bending force adjustment, sectional cooling, roll deflection adjustment and other means are used in rolling to ensure good strip shape.
