Working Principle
Precision filter (also known as security filter), the cylinder shell is generally made of stainless steel, the inside uses PP melt-blown, wire-wound, folding, titanium filter, activated carbon filter and other tubular filter elements as filter elements, according to different filter media and the design process selects different filter elements to meet the output water quality requirements. The precision grade of the filter element installed in the precision filter device can be divided into 0.22μm, 1μm, 5μm, 10μm,20μm etc. Different filtration precisions are selected according to different use occasions to ensure the final output water quality and ensure the safety of the post-stage(subsequent) membrane components(such as reverse osmosis membranes and ultrafiltration hollow-fiber membranes).
