Applications:
MW5 Series Lifting Electric Magnet is suitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls and kinds of steel scraps.
Features:
1 The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.
2 The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.
3 Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.
4 High lifting capacity, light self-weight.
5 Low power consumption, long service life.
Three types for option:
1 Normal temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps.
2 High temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting high temperature steel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperature environment. It is specially for used to lift steel scraps into furnace to make steel in steel plants. This magnet can handle the steel scraps under the temperature of 650°C.
3 High frequency type (DC-220V TD-75%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps in high frequency use. It can be operated more efficiently and frequently since the duty cycle is up to 75%.

Detailed Images
Rectifying Control Equipment is rused to ectify the AC power to suitable DC power and control the operation of the Lifting Magnet.
Cable Reel is used to coil the cable automatically for the Lifting Magnet.
Cable Connector is used to connect the cable between Lifting Electromagnet and Cable Reel.
