Why feed animals and poultry with pellets, and what are the benefits?
1.Save labor and labor.For example,when the mixture is prepared and fed to sheep,one worker can generally feed 28 goats.After feeding pellet feed,one worker can feed 36 goats,and the labor efficiency is 28.57%.
2.Save feed. 5.Long storage time.The moisture content of powdery feed is about 15%,and it is easy to absorb moisture,deteriorate and agglomerate.When the powder feed is processed into pellets,part of the moisture is lost.The processed pellets contain about 13% moisture, which meets the standard requirements.Under good storage conditions,the pellet can be stored for 3-4 months without deterioration,which is 2-3 months longer than that of powder feed.
The production line is automatically heated by the friction of the machine itself during production and processing, so that the material is gelatinized, matured, granulated and cooled once. The surface of the package can be clean and smooth, the hardness is moderate, and it is easy to seal and store. The particle thickness can be customized according to the needs of the user. It is adjusted within 1.8mm-10mm and is suitable for processing pellets such as pig, cow, sheep, rabbit, chicken, duck and fish. The surface of the particles is smooth and the hardness is moderate, which is convenient for sealing and storage.
