1) What is a sample machine?
The sample machine needs to meet: you have a company or a store, and it is in operation, and you need one or several machines to
test the local market or for your customers to do pre-order testing

2) Is the sample machine in stock?
The answer is no, we do not make inventory orders, any one machine or one batch of orders, you need to purchase the involved parts
or raw materials for processing

3) How long does the sample machine take to complete?
If we are currently producing orders for the same model, your sample machine will only take 7 days to complete; otherwise, the
sample order will take 20-25 days to complete, which is related to the time when the gasoline engine or diesel engine enters our
factory

4) Is the unit price of the sample machine the same as the unit price of the full container?
Our quotation model is that the unit price of the sample machine should be equal to the unit price of the goods in the case of the
full container quantity;

5) Does the buyer need to pay extra for the sample machine?
The answer is yes because we have fixed and reasonable costs for the full container quantity of orders, transportation to the
port, and pre-shipment costs. In other words, the cost of 01PCS machine from leaving the factory to being shipped to the port is
fixed; if you just arranged a few sample machines, then the freight will inevitably increase, and the cost before the ship will
inevitably increase, so the buyer needs to follow the actual cost of our expenses, which is the so-called pre-ship

6) Does the packaging of the sample machine need special treatment?
Following up on our export experience, the sample machine may have been shipped and transported several times. Therefore, the
ordinary packing mode of the whole container quantity needs to be reinforced: the wood splitter needs to be replaced with wooden
pallet packaging, suitable for export, no fumigation, 6PC pallets are made up of a combination of individual wood boards, which is
suitable for reversing or transferring in the midway. The machine is not damaged and the accessories are not lost; if it is our
log saw, the packaging will be also strengthened accordingly

7) Can the sample machine meet the color needs?
Normally, we do not have special satisfaction with the color of the sample machine. Sometimes, the metal powder on the surface of
the machine is not all in stock. We do some inventory for the black metal powder of paint, so the sample machine is all black; if
you follow there are orders to be arranged, then we will follow up your order needs and do the corresponding PANTONE color matching

18Ton, 24Ton, 30Ton, 40Ton to 50Ton.
Our machine can split the 610mm length log / 1200mm length log. Their working capacity is from 16inch to 22inch diameter log.
We are the first manufacturer to use a telescopic cylinder in China, our 1050mm type has applied for a design patent. All models
have obtained CE, GS, RoHS, EMC certification.
