Special note

About the battery

Our inflatable mascot costumes normally are using the rechargeable battery to works with the blower and it is recommended. But the rechargeable battery is not allow to ship , so that when you receive the package it is not including any battery inside. This battery need customers to buy or prepared by themselves. Here is the rechargeable battery example for your reference.

Q: How should I do if I cannot find any rechargeable battery in my country?

A: Please inform us if you can not find the rechargeable battery before you order it. We will use the battery case to instead, which will need to use the D size lithium batteries to works. About the D sizes batteries also need customers to buy or prepared by themselve too. But we will provide you the battery case in the package. It will needs 8 pieces D size batteries to work for each battery case in one time. So we are not recommended to use this to instead if you can find the the recharageable battery. Here is the example of the instead battery case for your reference.

Packing & Delivery

We are using the plastic bag to pack inside and outside packed with high quality standard export carton box to protect the goods.

Delivery

We are default to use the China post service: EMS(+/-6-12 days), E-ems(+/-7-20 days), E-packet(+/-15-30 days) to ship the goods.

1) The goods are broken due to shipping, we are not accept return, please contact us if this happened.;
2) Please contact us within 7 days if something is wrong, or it is not available for return or exchange;
