Application method:

1. Pour the liquid material into the container, then stir the powder into it. Keep stirring until it generate the mortar which is no powder block and smooth, and finish in the operating time.

2. Using stick, brush or rubber scraper to brush the mortar onto the base which has been treated evenly. You should brushing two layers or over according to the using environment and performance requirement.

3. In order to avoid the slurry accumulated too thick, you must use scraper to repair the uneven spot.

4. After finish brushing the first layer, you must wait for, when it has a little dry, then you can brush the second layer. If the first layer of brushing time has been over 24 hours, or the coating has been cured, you must use water to humidify the first coating, and then you can brush the second coating on it.

1. Keep the waterproofing base firm, smooth, clean, no dust, oil and visual water

2. Brush directly after stirring SPU evenly

3. Brush in large area: Brush SPU on the substrate with rubber scrapper, and guarantee suitable strength, uniformity and no stack

4. Recommended thickness is not beyond 0.7mm at per coating film, and two or three times coating film is better

5. Do the second time’s brush after the first film is dry, namely non-stick with hand. Remember the brushing direction is orthogonal with the last film, until reaches the design thickness

6. If necessary, add some water whose weight is about 5-10% of the coating, and stir evenly not less than 3min by electric mixer

2. Change the brushing direction alternately at per brushing layer. Make sure the overlap width reaches 30~50mm between sequential two brushing in the same coating film

3. Avoid the overlap been damaged, and its width should be more than 100mm. Clean its surface before the next brush

4. Brush several times in the last application area

5. Avoid stir too much SPU with water at one time, or the coating may solidified before using up

6. The coating should be used up after exposed to the outside unless stored in sealed container

7. Wear some protective clothing while application. Keep skin and eyes away from the coating
