The bronzing process is a special printing process that does not use ink. The so-called bronzing refers to the process of bronzing the electrochemical aluminum foil onto the surface of the substrate under a certain temperature and pressure. The bronzing machine is the equipment to complete the bronzing process.
The perfect bronzing effect mainly depends on the level of temperature, pressure and bronzing speed. Therefore, to control the bronzing quality, a reasonable bronzing temperature, bronzing pressure and bronzing speed should be mastered. Only by creating good conditions for bronzing can the quality of bronzing be guaranteed.

Temperature has a very important effect on hot stamping, and the temperature must be controlled within the corresponding range, so that the dyed resin layer and the adhesive can be melted appropriately to ensure good transfer of the aluminum layer.
If the temperature is too high and the melting is excessive, the anodized aluminum around the hot stamping graphic will also melt and fall off to produce a paste. At the same time, the high temperature will also chemically change the anodized aluminum dyeing resin and aluminum layer, reducing the brightness of the hot stamping product and losing its metallic luster. It can even make the mark appear foggy or blistering; but if the temperature is too low and the melting is insufficient, it will also cause the hot stamping or the hot stamping to be weak, the imprint will not be firm, easy to fall off, or the pen will be broken and the imprint will become blurred.

The hot stamping transfer of the aluminum layer must be completed by pressure, and the stamping pressure affects the adhesion fastness of the anodized aluminum. Even if the temperature is right, if the pressure is not enough, the anodized aluminum cannot be transferred to the substrate well, which will cause problems such as faint imprints and pattern; on the contrary, if the pressure is too high, the compression deformation of the gasket and the substrate will be too large. The imprint will be thick, even sticky or stale. Usually, the hot stamping pressure should be appropriately adjusted to reduce the color to achieve good adhesion fastness.
To adjust the hot stamping pressure, it is necessary to integrate various factors such as the substrate, the hot stamping temperature, the vehicle speed, and the anodized aluminum itself. Generally speaking, the paper is strong and smooth, the ink layer printed is thick, and the hot stamping temperature is high and the speed of the car is slow, the stamping pressure should be lower, otherwise, it should be higher. The hot stamping pressure must be even. If you find that the hot stamping cannot be done locally, the pressure here is likely to be too small, and a thin paper should be placed on the flat plate at the place to balance the pressure.
The hot stamped pad also has a greater impact on pressure. The hard liner can make the imprint beautiful, suitable for strong and smooth paper, such as coated paper, glass cardboard; while the soft liner is the opposite, the imprint is thicker, suitable for hot stamping with a large area, especially the surface is uneven , Paper with poor flatness, smoothness, and rough paper.
At the same time, the hot stamping foil should not be installed too tightly or too loosely. If it is too tight, the writing will be missing and broken; if it is too loose, the writing will be unclear and the plate will be blurred.

The hot stamping speed actually reflects the contact time between the substrate and the hot stamping foil during hot stamping, and directly affects the hot stamping fastness. If the hot stamping speed is too fast, it will cause the hot stamping to fail or the imprint will be blurred; the hot stamping speed will not only affect the hot stamping quality, but also affect the production efficiency.
During the hot stamping process, the speed, pressure and temperature are mutually restricted, and the process parameters are always determined in the order of stamping speed, pressure and temperature. First determine the hot stamping speed. Under normal circumstances, treat it as a constant and not easily change it, and then find out the appropriate hot stamping pressure and hot stamping temperature, which can simplify the operating procedures and easily control the quality of the hot stamping.
In addition, during the hot stamping process, the substrate, hot stamping plate, hot stamping machine, fixtures and backing plates must be considered. Finally, we must study the environmental conditions, including indoor temperature and humidity, substrate temperature, and indoor air cleanliness (dust content).
