Double shaft shredder is used to shred the woods, building templates, old furniture, timbers, plastics, rubbers, fibers, paper, batteries, large-scale hollow materials (plastic and other large container), and a variety of mixed wastes (especially wastes containing metal or sediment, such as: roll film, woven bag, TV set, refrigerator shells, car and medium car tires and hollow barrels, fishing nets, cardboard, circuit boards, etc. )
The thickness of the cutter and the number of knife claws can change according to different materials. When shredding the hollow materials, the shredder can be equipped with pressure device to increase the capacity. You can add other rotary screen to control the size of outlet materials.
Double shaft shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-material is determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficiency of shredding.
