    Extrusion blow molding machine for making plastic bottles, drums, auto parts and hollow parts of all kinds. The machines process a variety of materials, including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, TPU, PETG and other materials.     The machine control system adopts closed loop control imported from Europe and hydraulic system is pressure-flow double proportional control equipped with variable plunger pump to ensure fast and smooth operation of the machine and energy consumption of the hydraulic system can be reduced by 30% or above, saving considerable electricity.

The clamping system is a high-precision single-station linear guide, extrusion system using a hard gear reducer and inverter imported from Japan.The die head system adopts central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel, imported hydraulic valve and seal parts with proportional control valve. The control system consists of PLC and Human-machine interface imported from Japan, an automatic temperature control module and imported electrical part.
