     This line is designed to produce PVC spiral reinforced hose, it consists two extruders, forming unit, bath, winder, the wall of which is soft PVC and rigid PVC helix as reinforced, featuring extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, regative pressure resistance, anti-bending, good negotiability, so it is suitable to conveying gas, liquid and powder, widely used in industry, agriculture, construction and irrigation etc.

 Work process:

 Raw and additive---mixed ---feed —heating ---enter the extruder.---- extrude the mould–adjust diameters- –cooling –hauling-cutting -stacking –packing.

Guarantees:

1. Product electrical components to implement quality assurance for six months (from date of shipment)

2. Equipment Quality Assurance warranty period of one year (from date of shipment)

3. Quality guarantee period, should the damage appears artificial parts, the company will be provided free of 

charge to the purchaser Manufacturers
