1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is500sets. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But we will sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by DHL,FEDEX,UPS or TNT.You can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6. What certification does your factory passed?
We have got SEDEX and Disney factory certification, and if you need, we will send the cerificate copy to you.

As to the sample time is about 5- 7 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.
9. Are you manufacturer? If yes, in which city?
Yes, we’re factory with 30000 square meters. And we’re in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province.
10. Can I visit your factory ?
We warmly welcome customers visit us. Before you come here, please kindly tell me your schedule, we can arrange for you. The nearest airport is Baoan airport.
