2. It’s with the ice water cooling circulation system, which can avoid the dough get hot when pressed, so that the machine could keep working consistently in 24 hours.
3. It include 4 inverters (Taiwan brand) which control the dough, filling mixer, stuffing system & forming system separately, so that the speed, stuffing weight, dough thickness are adjustable.
4. The machine is easy to operate and also easy to change the mold and to clean.
5. With high stability, after you adjust the parameter, no need operator to pay more attention on it, just put the dough and filling in time and take the finished dumpling to the plate.
