A. The core components adopt open cam design, with gear motor
B. Machine has full automatic lubrication by oil pump and filtration, more convenient for
maintenance.
C. Separated curling from knurling and heaters makes less noise on machine than old design,
more stability and long lifetime.
D. Control panel use touch screen, a clearer vision, the whole electrical appliances adopt
imported configuration, have high generality and good performance, and facilitate equipment
maintenance.
E. The machine is controlled by PLC, and has a encoder to control the working of ultrasonic,
sensors, solenoid valve and so on, to make the running of each process more accurately.
F. Directly bottom paper feeding system can reduce the wastage of bottom paper .
G. New-type stable collecting system solves the collecting problem of the paper bowl totally,
reduce the packing labor and improve the working efficiency,
