2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually is take around 7-20 days to finish production according to your quantity. If you choose the customized service, then
the delivery time may changed according to the difficulty level, the quantity and other details. If you need the goods urgently,
please tell us, we can provide the goods faster if we have materials for the models you want in stock.
3. Q: Do you provide samples ? How can I get a sample from you?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc...Samples can be
provided free of charge, but courier freight needs to be covered by you, which can be returned to you when you place an order
later.
4. Q: How do I purchase your goods?
A: Please send us enquiry via Alibaba, or email us, call us to tell us your need, we'll reply your emails ASAP.
5. Q: How can I pay you?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance after goods are finished.
The most common way to pay us is by T/T. Paypal, West Union are also acceptable.
6. Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection
company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
7. Q: How the goods are delivered to me?
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don't have a shipping
forwarder, we'll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.
