A6:The toner we use is based on the different products brands and models. Through our strict quality testing , model properties ,environmental temperature and other factors we will make the best schemes. The toner power come from China, Japan, American according to the different products brand and models.

Q7: How do you to deal with defective products.

A7:Our products are 100% tested before ex-factory, if there are any defective products , we commit to 1:1 replacement as well as all the related freight charge. (except the customized products with special requirement). If within 0.5% controls range , we can make a reasonable compensation
