Hello! Our products are shipped from the origin, such as Australia green banana flours is shipped from Australia.
2. What's your payment terms?

3. What's your delivery time?
Delivery time is determined by your order quantity, you can consult customer service for details
4. How about the packing?
Usually we provide the packing as bag or carton. Of course, if you have special requirements on them, we will according to you.
5. How about the validity of the products?

6. What documents you provide?
Usually, we provide Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA , Health certificate and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.
7. What is loading port?
It depends on the origin of the product. If the product is of Australian origin, it will be shipped ifrom Brisbane. If it is a product of Chinese origin, we can operate at any port, and decide according to your needs
