FAQ
1. Is the stock sufficient?
According to ISA, the inventory of standard products produced must be greater than 1K, which is very good support for customer sampling and pilot production requirements.
2. Can new products be moulded?
Isa has more than 11 years of LCD production plant, can provide new products of glass mold, touch screen mold, backlight mold, FPC mold, etc., ISA promises that we can return all the mold opening fees you paid for any hardware when the order quantity reaches the specified quantity. Yes, the mold opening fee can offset part of the payment. You don't have to worry about the expensive mold opening fee in the early stage, which makes our cooperation more solid.
3. What to do if the desired product is discontinued?
First of all, don't worry about it. As long as it is a product of ISA brand, we can guarantee long-term supply, because we will prepare materials and stock in advance.
Secondly, ISA has established a comprehensive cooperative relationship with TM, BOE, LG and other suppliers. We can obtain EOL products through our special channels to ensure continuous supply.
Finally, because of the wide variety of our products, our design and development team can meet the demand of discontinued supply by changing the software or corresponding hardware of some similar products without affecting the display effect and use.
4. Is there any MOQ restriction?
The order quantity is determined by the market. As a supplier, ISA has no right to require that the order must exceed any quantity. There is no MOQ limit. A single piece is also a good order. However, if the quantity is small, the price will be higher.
In other words, ISA's products are always in stock, and there is no need to start production in small quantities. Isa has sufficient capacity to accept small orders.
5. Why are some products expensive?
There are three standards for LCD quality: 1. Consumption standard; 2. Industrial standard; 3. Automobile standard. Automobile standard is the highest level, which requires strong shock resistance, high temperature resistance, high reliability and very low scrap rate. Following automotive standards, ISA has to choose the best raw materials, use the most expensive equipment and strict management, so our costs are higher.
In fact, ISA's higher price is only reflected in the sample. If the quantity is large or the cooperation time is long, as long as the customer submits the price request, the preferential price can be obtained after negotiation.
6. How long is the delivery time?
In most cases, they are delivered immediately.
7. How about after sales service?
Thank you very much for choosing Isa. Once you choose ISA, you will provide permanent technical support. All products will be provided with one-year warranty service. If the quality problem of the product itself will be provided with free replacement service, ISA will only provide better service to the end.
