1.What's your payment term?

Normally, our payment term is 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment. We also accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, etc.

2.What's your production lead time ? 

We keep all products in stock, if you order our products, will arrange shipment within 2 days after payment done. And we can make products as your request, normally about 30-35 working days.

3.Can you accept private label ?

Of course, we can stick label for you. And we can offer FBA shipment for Amazon sellers.

4.How can I get a sample?

5. Is it workable to different skin?

We use food grade ingredients and it is 100% dissolved in water, it is safety to all skin. 

6. If the product has quality problems, what should i do?

We create QC team to do quality check. We check the material, semi-finished products and finished products. And we will check again before shipment to avoid the problem. If unfortunately happen, we will resend new products to you.
