Heating Furnace:
In metallurgical industry, heating furnace is the equipment (industrial furnace) that heates material or workpiece (usually metal) to the forging temperature of rolling.
Heating furnaces are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, heat treatment, surface treatment, building materials, electronics, materials, light industry, daily chemical, pharmaceutical and many other industries.
Heat Treatment Furnace:
Heat treatment furnace refers to an electric furnace or a fuel furnace for heat treatment of furnace burden. The commonly used heat treatment furnaces are box resistance furnace, well resistance furnace, gas carburizing furnace and salt bath furnace. Usually a continuous furnace is used. Workpieces are continuously loaded from the charging door and discharged from the discharging door through the furnace. Generally, the conveying way in furnace is to load the workpiece on the heat-resistant steel guide rail and transfer it by walking beam or pusher rod. In recent years, heat-resistant steel conveyor belts have been gradually used to transport materials. In this way, the operation of heat treatment is more rational, which greatly increases the possibility of automation and unmanned management of heat treatment process.
Resistance Furnace:
Resistance furnace is an industrial furnace that uses electric current to heat the electric heating elements or heating medium in the furnace, thereby heating the workpiece or material. It is a heating furnace that uses electric current to generate heat through resistive materials.
Resistance furnaces are used in the mechanical industry for heating metals before forging, heat treatment of metals, brazing, powder metallurgical sintering, baking and annealing of glass-ceramics, melting of low melting point metals, drying of sand moulds and paint coatings, etc.
Annealing Furnace:
Annealing furnace is a process used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices, which includes heating several semiconductor wafers to affect their electrical properties. Heat treatment is designed for different effects. Wafers can be heated to activate dopants, convert thin films into thin films or thin films into wafer substrate interfaces, so that densely deposited thin films can be changed, grown thin films can be restored, injected damages can be repaired, dopants can be moved or dopants can be transferred from one film to another or from thin films into wafer substrates.

Sintering Furnace:
Sintering furnace is a special equipment to obtain the required physical, mechanical properties and microstructures of powder compacts by sintering. The sintering furnace is used for drying the slurry on silicon wafer, removing the organic components in the slurry, and completing the aluminium back field and grating sintering.
Carburizing Furnace:
Carburizing furnace is a new type of energy-saving periodic heat treatment electric furnace.
There are two types of heat source selection for carburizing furnace. One is the way of heating by fuel combustion, in which there are fuel and gas; the other is the electric heating mode. There are two types of carburizing furnace, discontinuous and continuous.
