2.Q:Motor can not work?

    A:No power supply, then check power supply.Break fuse,then change fuse.Capacitor decay, then change capacitor.Surpass load, then check if any barrier no track.Effected by the thermal protection,then restart after 20 minutes.

3.Q:The motor runs but the sliding gate opener  doesn't work?

    A:Check whether the clutch is closed.

4.Q:The power indicator light doesn't flash and the key doesn't react?

    A:Check whether power is connected right. Check whether the fusel is burned, if  yes, exchange it.

5.Q:Why the opening and closing limit can not work?

    A:Check whether the battery is low. If yes, change it.Check whether the code of the remote control is the same with the code of the control panel.

    A:Give  information such as the gate weight, width, height, power etc.weather need to yourself LOGO,if need ,provide PDF, Ai, CDR, PSD, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi,Accurate quotation will be offered within 12 hours .sample confirmation ,T/T 30% in advanced,volume -produce , balanced against copy of Bill of Lading,detailed picture of package will be provided.

9.Q:What is your terms of payment?

    A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
