A: Rechargeable batteries:Lithium ion ,LiFePO4,Ni-MH & Ni-CD cells and battery packs.
2.Q: What percent of capacity battery charged when shipment?
A: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping.
3.Q: How long can I store the battery ?
A: We suggest to discharge & recharge the battery every 3 months, it can keep battery full capacity & good function.
4.Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we accept sample order to test and check quality. Batteries can be made as require.
5.Q:About the sample free?
A:1)lf you need samples for quality check,sample fees and shipping fees should be charged from buyer's aside.
2)Free sample are available when order confirmed.
3)Most of the sample fees can be returned to you when order confirmed.

A: Samples will takes 5-7 business days. Mass production will takes 18-25 days. It depends on quantity and battery model.

A: Generally, battery will be shipped via Express, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx and UPS, delivery time is 6-8 business days. Or DDP service, delivery time is 15-20 business days. Airline and sea shipping also available.
