Q3. When can I receive the product?

If we have it in stock, goods will be sent in 2 days. If we have none in stock, it will take us 3~10 days to get the order ready. Usually DHL takes 3~5 days to reach the destination.

Q4. How about the warranty?

Warranty: 12 months
1. When the scooter get defective, please send us the video/picture, we will replace free replacement part for you to repair it, it can be shipped separately to you if you pay for the shipping cost .
2. If you are not willing to pay for the shipping cost, the replacement part will be shipped with your next new order
3. We usually send 1% free main spare parts with your order if order quantity is more than 100 sets.
