1. Where is your factory? What's your nearest port?
A: Our factory is located in Foshan City, Shenzhen Province. The nearest port is shenzhen port and Guangzhou port.
2. How long have you been in the cabinet manufacturing business?
A: We started cabinet manufacturing & exporting from 2010 We have our own exporting license..
3. Do you sell cabinets to your domestic market?
A: our cabinets are exported to foreign markets now that US  Australia & Canada are our main markets.

4. How do you control the quality of production ?? How to keep the goods consistence for each shipment ?
A: We have quality control department and the manager is our vice-president , each workshop has on site Q/C to check the product quality full time for each order. each shipment has the recorder sample and information of color, door profile, construction for next shipment comparison to meet the consistence.

5. Can I get a sample board before I place order?

Answer: We can send you kitchen cabinet samples, for quality check first.
6.Which kind of hardware to use for cabinet?
Answer: We use the DTC / Blum / Hettich brand hardware to match the  cabinet, 
which cabinet modern would be stable and easy installation, especially for big size cabinets.
7. Quality warrenty?
Answer: When you receive cabinets, if find cabinet panel breaks, we will make a new one and send you, which is totally for FREE.

What's more, we will offer 5years production warrenty time, any questions, pls contact us.

8. Delivery time?
Answer: For first cooperation, the delivery time maybe a little longer than usual, about 35-40 days.
Because we have to make sure everything goes very well as you required, for second production,

we could cut down to 30 days.

9. Payment Terms?
Answer: we accept different kinds of payment, like T/T, Paypal, Credit Card, etc.

Normally 30% of payments as deposit before production, and balance paid before shipping.

 10. How can we start making the custom designed cabinets?

1. First, you can send us the house plans or  room size, so our designer can make cabinets design plans for you.

2. Confirm details of design and material options.

3. Our sales will send you the price list.

4. Pls sign the design plans & pay deposit before we start producing.

5. Inspections report will be offered to customers when cabinets finished.

6. Arrange shipments.

7. Cabinets received.
