Equipment and Capacity

At present, the company has more than 300 high-speed extrusion production lines and 100 injection moulding machines, which are purchased from famous brands home and abroard, such as Pavion. The equipment is highly automated and the production process is controlled by computers. The production is fully in compliance with international standards, and can meet the requirement of various industries fields at home and abroad.

The company invested more than 16 million Chinese Yuan to set up Product Inspection Center, five physical and chemical performance testing laboratories, including a sample laboratory, a chemical laboratory, an extreme temperature laboratory, a mechanical laboratory, and a hydraulic pressure laboratory to inspect all the physical and chemical properties, as well as some of the raw material performance indicators for PVC, HDPE, PP-R, PE-RT pipe and fittings and PVC profiles. The center has been listed as “Shandong Plastic Pipe Engineering Technology Research Center”. It has been approved by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, is the CNAS recognized laboratory.

In addition, the company has appointed full-time personnel to ensure follow-up services.
