1. Introduction of mushroom bagging machine

This mushroom bagging machine is designed for Mushroom,Fungus,edible fungi, etc bagging. the machine mainly consist of mushroom strains hopper with mixing shaft, stainless steel bag sleeve,  pedal or mechanical arm for operating.

The capacity depends on Worker's operational proficiency, usually can pack 900-1200bags/h.saving large time and labor cost. widely used in mushroom produciton.

2. Models of mushroom bagging machine

MGZD-25J mushroom bagging machine comes with a pedal, workers should pedal by foot when bagging. first pedal by left foot when set bag on sleeve, then right hand press bag and lift foot,  mushrooms will fall into the bags automatically, pedal by foot again, for next bag filling

MGZD-68Q mushroom bagging machine is developped from pedal type, dirven by peeumatic, comes without pedal, setted a mechanical arm to press bag on sleeve when bagging, much easier to operate, improve working efficiency.

MGZD-128Z mushroom bagging machine is based on pneumatic model, with infrared protective light screen, program controlled box.  it is fullly driven by electric, more automatic, and mushroom bags after filling are uniform and neat.
