Vacuum precooler is a kind of cooling and processing equipment which uses vacuum precooling technology and vacuum pump to extract air and steam from the vacuum tank to reduce the air pressure in the vacuum tank. At low pressure, the boiling point of water decreases, the latent heat of evaporation increases, and the free water on the surface of the object to be cooled vaporizes, taking away the heat of itself and the environment, so as to achieve the cooling effect.
Vacuum precooling is to make water evaporate rapidly at a Iower temperature in the vacuum treatment room under vacuum conditions. In this process, more heat is consumed, and refrigeration effect is produced in the vacuum room without external heat source. Vacuum precooling technology is widely used in preservation, transportation and storage of agricultural products due to its simple principle and high cooling rate. In vacuum precooling. precooling refers to the rapid cooling in a short period of time, and the precooling aging is determined according to the nature of the cooled material, usually several minutes or hours. Vacuum precooling is not a simple cooling method, but a rapid cooling technology in the special environment of vacuum.
