1. MOQ

    1.1.Finished Blinds

     -- if we have the related stock of cellular fabrics, just produce it within the quantity of      stock.

    -- if none of any stock, each Sku/ each design/ each color at least 100 pcs of blinds/      100 square meters.

   1.2. Semi Finished honeycomb blinds fabrics

    -- if we have the related stock of raw-materials,just produce it within the quantity of        stock.

    -- if none of any stock,each Sku/ each design/ each color at least 300 Square                meters.

2. Free Samples

    2.1. Finished blinds

    --We don't supply the free samples for finished blinds , unless the Customers had        ever placed bulk order with us before.

    2.2. Semi Finished blinds

    --We would like to supply the related Swatches book at free. or, supply the related          swatches at A4 size.

3. Customized Made

    3.1. The new buyers has to pay us the manufacturing cost for the samples of                  customized made. if the buyer place a regular order with us in the future, the                  samples cost will be refunded, or deduct from the value of future shipment directly;

    3.2. for The old buyers , by negotiation.

4. Lead time

    4.1. for 1X20'FCL finished honeycomb blinds, 45 days.

    4.2. for 1X20'FCL cellular shades fabrics, 35 days.

5. Payment Terms

    5.1. L/C at sight

    5.2. T/T 30% as deposits, 70% before shipment.

    5.3. for old buyers who cooperated with us more than 3 years, can negotiate.
