Working Principle
This drill rig uses electric power and compressed air as power source. The power for drill tools rotary is from electric motor, the impact force of the hammer is from compressed air. When electric motor in working condition, it changes the electric power into rotary torque and transmit to the reducer, makes the drill rod on the output shaft of the reducer rotated. The alloy bit in the front of the hammer impacts and crushes the rock constantly. The high pressure compressed air discharged the drilling cuttings from drill bit exhaust vent to the ground. The shaft force from the propulsion cylinder feeding drill tools to drill hole, then draw back the drill tools for drilling.
