1) High quality materials
The raw materials is SUS304 and SUS316, which require materials quality certificate.
We’ll test the materials quality using chemical agent when we receive the materials.

Inner Shell: SUS304 materials, thickness 3mm, acid washing and passivation treatment, furthermore,polishing and mirror treatment

The normal pressure is 0.2Mpa, maximum test pressure is 0.4Mpa.

Four adjustable legs. In special area, stand bolt and gasket can be designed to avoid earthquake.
All of connection is Ф38.1(except mash tun outlet), Jacket using thread connection,pipe using clamp, easy to unpick and washing.
Fliter plate using Milling type grid,strong and smooth. No noise from mixer equipment, the motor variable frequency.

a. All the tanks will be covered with thin plastic film. Then Fix to iron frame for fixation.b. All the parts will be protected
with bubble bag or thin plastic film, the put in to wooden case.
c. Mash Pipes, fermentation cooling pipes, hose will be covered with thin plastic film.
