Low pressure and gravity casting process:
Low pressure die casting process is a special casting process, it uses permanent mold, and the casting is solidified under low pressure. Compared with die casting, low pressure die casting can make T6 heat treatment, and it also can use sand core, so it has a higher mechanical property and can be used on producing different complex structure casting. And it has a wide application for some big structure aluminum casting.
Gravity casting process has widest application in aluminum casting production, it uses permanent and semi-permanent mold. Compared with sand casting, it has more beautiful surface and higher efficiency.
The most important is that gravity casting has excellent price advantages.
Products made by low pressure die casting have higher tensile strength and yield strength, and they also can make T6 heat treatment. Their internal quality has no casting defect, can meet user requirements.
