The pallet transfer cars is no limitation of cable, it can get powered from railway in any time. However, it is has strict requirement for the railway, which have to be insulated. (its railway is insulated with the ground, and its wheels are insulated with the ground.)

The pallet transfer cars can be used in not short distance transportation, it has no limited using frequency.

The pallet transfer cars, the powered source AC 380V is transformed to AC 36V three phase through transformer, then they are connected to the three railway respectively (add a conducting rail), the cars wheels and conducting plate lead the AC 36V electricity to the electrical appliance box which is installed on the cars. And AC 36V is transformed to AC380V through transformer. Then control AC  motor through AC control system to make the trailers start, stop, go forward, back forward an so on.

The cars frame is two longitudinal beam, several beams with steel panel welded together, which adopts box beam structure according to the crane principle and combined with the design of the cars. Its main feather: large load bearing, little table deformation, long service lifetime..

Cast Steel Wheel

About the cars wheel, it is single rim of corner case, the material is ZG55, or can be customized as per your demand. It can improve the load capacity and install easily. And the wheel are manufactured and assemblied by ourselves.

Lifting Hole

The lifting hole are installed on the electric cars for convenient transporting. Especially, it can be lifted and moved after the structure finished.What’s more, it makes the appearance more delicate and beautiful.

Sound & light alarm

      A: Generally speaking, we accept 50%T/T deposit in advance,the balance 50% is paid by T/T before dispatch. however, 30% T/T deposit in advance,the balance 70% is paid by T/T before dispatch also can be accepted to meet your demand in order to further cooperation. Of course, The L/C also is OK.
