Mattress Quality control
u Before bulk production, we would support the exact sample for your confirmation.
u We also make samples of all labels and package.
u Trace all the procedure of production, to improve workers’ responsibility, each worker of any procedure has independent no. and stamp on the back of label.
u QCs check products of each order before compression and package.
u Before delivery, customers could send 1 QC or point the 3rd party to check the finished goods.

Compressed Mattress Notes
u Keep the mattress in ventilated, dry and clean environment.
u The mattress will come back to the former size after 24 hours in summer, 48 hours in winter.
Suggest to open the compressed package within 6 month, the height of mattress will be recover 95%-100% within 3 months
