For samples in stock, the leading time is 1 days. For new samples, we need 11 days to produce it. For mass production, the production time is 13 days.

If quality issue occured, please rest assure, we will take responsibility to this situation. What you need to do is take some photos of damaged bags and decription the situation of it.
