How to get the solution of your customized cabinets?
Step 1: Send us your kitchen layout or draft,so that we can get an idea of the dimensions and space allocation.
Step 2: Our designer will design a particular kitchen cabinet as you require,both of AutoCAD drawings and 3D are available.
Step 3: We will quote according to your approved design drawings and modify both of them if needed;
Step 4: Sign purchase contract and customers will make the deposit before production;
Step 5: Start production after receiving deposit;
Step 6: Inspect quality, quantity and customers will pay the balance before delivery;
Step 7: Pack and deliver the goods as per agreed way;
Step 8: Offer after sales of installation guidance and lifetime technical support .
Q1 How do you control the cabinets’ quality?
A: Before the production, the detailed production drawing and production order sheet will be prepared for clients’ approval. During the production, our QC will inspect each process to make sure each step is perfect. After the production, all cabinets will be pre-assembled at factory, in order to make each unit can fit very well.
Q2 When cargo arrived at my house, how can distinguish the package and install them correctly.
A: There will be a shipping mark( same number as the production drawing )on the surface of each package, to show what items inside. Clients just need to install them according to the production drawing. That’s is easy.
Q3 Can we produce the kitchen cabinet according to customer's room size?
A: All our kitchen cabinets are customizable based on different design and room size, at the same time Alland offers free and professional kitchen cabinet CAD and 3D drawing for you. Then clients can get a rough idea of what their cabinet looks like, that is more vivid.
Q4 When can the goods be delivered after order placed?
A: Normally it's 40-45 days after the final production drawing and production order sheet confirmed.
Q5 What information are needed for getting a quote?
A: Kitchen cabinet dimensions or kitchen layout.
