Marine foam filled fenderis a compressed from of fender. Used polyurea material as outer protection, polyurethane, EVA, plastic foam as inner buffer medium. Though the compression deformation to absorb the impact energy of the ship, which reduces the damage.
1.Abrasive resistance is 3-5 times better than natural rubber.
2.Oil resistivity is 4 times better than NBR (nitrile rubber buna).
3.Mechanical strength is high, the breaking strength, tear strength and the bearing capacity is much better than the normal rubber material!
4.Acid an alkali-resistant, low temperature resistance, solvent resistance.
5.Cohesive strength is high with metal frame plate.
6.Hardness range is wide, from shore A10 to A1000
