Product Description
The mud pump sends clean water, mud or polymer flushing fluid through the drill pipe string hole under a certain pressure through the high-pressure hose faucet directly to the bottom of the drill bit to remove the cut cuttings and transport it to the surface. Commonly used mud pumps are piston type or plunger type. The crankshaft of the pump is driven by the power machine to rotate, and the crankshaft drives the piston or plunger to reciprocate in the pump cylinder through the crosshead.

working principle:
The single-cylinder piston grouting machine is composed of a transmission mechanism and a pump body. The rotary motion of the motor is transmitted to the crankshaft by a V-belt and a pair of gears, and then the piston is reciprocated through the connecting rod and cross-t. The gear box is closed and uses splash lubrication for each moving part. The mortar is pressure sent to the air chamber by the suction valve through the pump cylinder and discharged. The air chamber is equipped with a bleed valve and pressure device. The mortar pump adopts an electrical automatic control device. When the air pressure exceeds the rated working pressure, the main circuit current is cut off through the control loop to make the motor automatically stop running
