This is the semi-auto RO Membrane Rolling Machine for commercial and industrial purpose.

To keep machine running safe and easy operation, the HMI touch screen and PLC system applied, combined with tension automatic adjustment, close loop control, make the operation very easy . For safety concerning, infrared safeguard system applied that will trigger alarming and machine stop to ensure safety in case wrong operation.

Optimized electrical system can prevent the key componants from broken due to unexpected electric current or voltage fluctuation.

Main Body with slider working table

the slide table hold the ready made envelops （the leaf made by spacer inserted between the folded sheet)

the inclined working table is  easy the operator to catch and lay the leaf onto the table for following gluing and rolling process.

Extrusion pump avialable for high viscosity glue

in case customer use the high viscosity glue, the extrusion pump is availble for both overseas brand and chinese brand at customers' option.

Welding device for tricot 

To easy laying and laminating the sheet/spacer and prevent trouble during rolling process, ultrosonic welding device introduced to weld the permeate feed spacer (tricot) toghether.

Warranty:

We grant the Buyer 12-months warranty for the Goods.
Within the scope of granted warranty, we are obliged to rectify any faults, which would develop or were found free of charge, within the valid period of warranty.
Warranty does not cover such faults where:
a) storage, operation and maintenance of the Goods, deviate from the generally accepted practice,
b) Normal wear and tear of each elements of the Goods,
c) Repairs, alterations or modifications to the Tools made by the Buyer without written permission by the Seller.
