This feeding system deliver feed through auger, deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house.

2.Automatic pan feeding line system
Feed sensor in the feed pan and at the bottom of hopper, when there is lack of feed, motor will start and deliver feed to realize automatic running.The feed sensor in the second bottom of feed pan will control motor on and off to achieve feeding transfer automatic.

3.Automatic nipple drinking line system
Supply clean and fresh water for bird Nipple drinking system is composed of pressure regulator, nipple drinking lines, hanging system, anti-roost accessories.
Main components of nipple drinking system:
1).Water front part system with doser
2).Plasson type nipple drinking system-Aluminium frame with round pipe
Lubing type nipple drinking system-Aluminium frame with water square pipe
Ruimu type nipple drinking system-Galvanized support pipe with water square pipe
Both nipple is double sealed, no leakage of water, drip cup is new PP.
3 m with 12 nipples and 3m with 15 nipples water pipe are optional for you.

4.Ventilation system
Three ventilation modes are used for different environment conditions: cross ventilation, tunnel ventilation and mixed ventilation.

5.Cooling pad system
In this system, cooling pad and ventilation fan is normally in the opposite position, pad is always installed in the wall facing the season wind.
Cooling pad paper parameter:
1) Corrugated paper with the spatial crossing linking technology, high absorbability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.
2) Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.
3) The product absorbs water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. One drop of water can diffuse within 4~5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60~70mm/5minutes, as 200mm/1.5 hours, having reached international standard.
4) The product does not contain phenol which is irritant to the skin and the like chemical products. It is safe, energy saving, environmental protective, economic and durable.
5) Galvanized sheet and aluminum panel optional.

6.Envionment control system
Integrated control box has combined control of ventilation, heating, lighting, cooling, humidifying, feeding, feed supply equipment, alarm functions for phase loss, phase shortage, motor overload, as well as protection for single phase powers, three phase powers and air cooling dissipation for the control box itself. In one box, it realizes the electrical automation during chick farming.

7.Fogging system
Function:
1. Disinfection: after adding disinfectant, micro mist particles can be combined with bacteria and viruses suspended in the air, and sterilization and disinfection are more thorough. make the livestock house fresh and provide better feeding environment.
