A: As general, 50% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.

A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, within 25 days, for ordinary order quantity of Pallet Rack .

6. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Tianjin port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading port. Tianjin  port is also available, but not recommended because of much higher in-land trucking transportation costs from our factory.


7. Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.
