Product features:Precautions for use.Made of high purity AL2CO3,the finished product of crucible AL2CO3＞97%.Good heat resistance,Can be used for a long time in high temperature of 1600℃,short term can be used in high temperature of 1800℃.
Precautions for use:
1. Preheat temperature about 105℃,heating up slowly and evenly,control the heating rate,don't open the stove door too often.You
can't use a gasoline gun,acetylene gun,the alcohol burner directly heating,avoid cracking due to uneven heating,the distance
between crucible and heater(Such as carbon tube, silicon molybdenum rod, heating wire and so on) should be more than 2cm.The bottom of large crucible should not be in direct contact with the bottom of furnace,it is suggested to use corundum piece and other temperature-resistant materials to make the crucible overhead,form the air convection,extended service life.
Rate of warming or cooling:below 1200℃ should be < 5℃/ min, above 1200℃ should be < 4℃/ min.
It is recommended to electrify and control the temperature,if the heat directly off the power,Premature cooling may lead to
cracking.
2. Crucible in the red through the situation can be directly shoveled residue,do not clean with acid and alkaline substances.
3. It is suitable to use anhydrous Na2Co3 and other weak basic substances as flux to melt samples,It is not suitable to use Na2O2, NaOH and other strong basic substances and acid substances (Such as potassium pyrosulfate K2S2O7 and so on)as flux to melt the samples.
