It contains cavity,focused lens holder,focal lens,capacitive sensor and auxiliary air nozzle.The actuating device is consist of servo motor and screw rod or gear,it drives the cutting head to move along X-axis.

7.Water Chiller

Its used to cool laser generator,for example the Photoelectric conversion rate of the CO2 Laser machine is around 20%,The rest energy become superfluous heat,So the cooling water transfer away it to keep the laser generator working stably. And it also cools external light path and focal lens so that the transferring of laser beam is stable,and avoid the lens of getting cracked or deformed by over heated.

It comprises a working medium gas cylinder and auxiliary gas cylinder for laser cutting machine, which is used to supplement oscillating industrial gas which is for generating laser and auxiliary gas for supplying cutting head

Q: If machine is out of order, what shall I do?

A: We provide one year warranty for machine, two years warranty for laser generator.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 5-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=10000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

Q: Will the package be strong enough because it might be multi-way transportation.

A: We have three layers, for the inner layer, the machine is wrapped with waterproof shrink film. The outside layer is strong wooden case free of fumigation. Between these two layers, we will fill EPE foam, bubble bag, carboard and so on to avoid the machine damage by shaking.
