Operating under rough vacuum, the working conditions of liquid ring pumps are often extremely harsh. The 2BEC water ring vacuum pump has been designed to fully consider that it must be able to pump all kinds of gases. It has been widely used in papermaking, coal mines, power plants, vacuum filtration, chemical, petrochemical, food processing and other industries.
2BEC type water ring vacuum pump can be used with a variety of driving devices, such as belt drive, gearbox, synchronous motor, frequency converter, etc. In addition, in order to save space, a series operation mode driven by one motor can also be adopted, and up to four pumps can be operated in series at the same time.
When equipped with a middle partition, the left and right parts of the 2BEC water ring vacuum pump can operate at different vacuum degrees. As long as the suction pressure difference between the two parts is less than 80kPa, a 2BEC water ring vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps. This feature further improves the operating flexibility of the 2BEC water ring vacuum pump.

As shown in the figure: a proper amount of water is installed in the pump body as the working fluid. When the impeller rotates clockwise in the direction indicated in the figure, the water is thrown around by the impeller. Due to the centrifugal force, the water forms a closed ring of approximately equal thickness determined by the shape of the pump cavity. The inner surface of the upper part of the water ring is just tangent to the hub of the impeller, and the inner surface of the lower part of the water ring just touches the top of the blade (in fact, the blade has a certain insertion depth in the water ring). At this time, a crescent-shaped space is formed between the impeller hub and the water ring, and this space is divided by the impeller into several small cavities with the same number of blades. If the upper part of the impeller is 0° as the starting point, the volume of the small cavity becomes larger when the impeller rotates 180° before, and it communicates with the suction port on the end face. At this time, the gas is sucked in. When the suction ends, the small cavity It is isolated from the suction port; when the impeller continues to rotate, the small cavity changes from large to small, so that the gas is compressed; when the small cavity communicates with the exhaust port, the gas is discharged out of the pump.
