Production Flow

Crate washing machine 

Crate washing machine is mainly composed of sedimentation tank, cleaning tank, drum assembly, transmission system, spray system, etc. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and clean, and has strong corrosion resistance. Crate washing machine transports the hot water in the sedimentation tank to the spraying system through a powerful hot water pump. The hot water is sprayed out by the nozzle, cleans the impurities of the chicken cage passing through the cleaning tank, and the flushed sewage flows into the drum, chicken feathers and other impurities are automatically discharged by the drum, and the filtered sewage is returned to the sedimentation tank for reuse.

Poultry scalding machine

Poultry scalding machine is used to scald the carcass of the chicken to remove the feather easily;

Thickness of Board: 2mm,Upper Cover Thickness :1.2mm,Supporting Leg Thickness:2mm.

Temperature between 58C°-61C° of the water, and use blower system and impact pressure system make to produce highly scalder results.

Spiral Pre-cooling machine

Spiral Pre-cooling machine is used to pre-cooling procedure after eviscerated. To get ideal chilled meat, feet&head, the machine is adopted in high pressure air flow agitation and screw blade push-ahead method to ensure the poultry was cleaned and cooled completely and evenly.  Q:How do you ensure that I received the equipment undamaged?

A:We''ll use standard packaging material and take picture for all equipment to you before the shipment. Please. do not open the package if you find the outer package is damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged package or equipment and send it to us. We''ll then make a solution plan for it and discuss the replacement or debit.

 Q: How will you ship your products?

A: Generally we''ll take the sea transportation with our forwarder as term CIF and customer''s forwarder as term FOB.If a air or express transportation is requested, we can also arrange.
