1.Application of machine:

This machine is used for cashmere /sheep wool washing, removing containing cashmere in the fat, grass clippings, sand and other impurities, raw cashmere washing equipment is preferred.

2.The process

    Feeding machine → five cylinder open and impurity removing machine→first dipping groove→first rolling cars→Second groove to second rolling car→ third dipping groove to thurd rolling car→fourth dipping groove to fourth rolling car→fifth dipping groove to fifth rolling car→second feeders→ drying machine

3.The machine performance and structure characteristics

A.the combined machine is in cashmere before washing, after five cylinder opening       and impurity removing machine, remove wool sundry etc.

B.Rolling the car using the spring pressure, the maximum working pressure of up to       12 tons, the roller body is made of cast iron.

C.The one or two main channel are used in immersion groove bottom tip groove, with       the overflow tank to melt, wash cycle is long, convenient cleaning, screen placed           smoothly, thoroughly overcomes the disadvantages of screen, drain hair,

D.All the dip tank, driving vehicle rolling part adopts the cycloid pin wheel reducer, the       mechanical efficiency is high (more than 90%) and durability, small occupation area,    convenient repair, energy saving.

E.All the dip tank main channel and sub slots are made of stainless steel (SUS304)            sheet, argon arc welding, bright and clean appearance, long use period.

F.All the dip tank harrow frame part adopts the crankshaft drive, smooth running parts        quantity are few,easy maintenance, long service cycle.

G.The drying machine adopts speed control device, according to the different                    technological requirements changing curtain speed, long service life, convenient             maintenance, high transmission efficiency characteristics.
