A: 1 All price are EX-Works price by default, excluding any shipping cost and taxes. If you have any special request, feel free to let us know.
2 Because it’s customized product, the package data need to confirm after we completed the production. We can confirm the approximate cost for your reference, but the specific cost will be subject to the actual fare.
3 please provide your destination port to confirm the shipping cost of ship to seaport(CIF), or provide the delivery address with zip code to confirm door to door(DAP) shipping cost.
Q: Will you ship the tree in whole one? Do I need to install?
A: For easy pack and transportation, we will disassemble the trunk and branches and pack separately. After received the tree, you just need to install the branches according to the code of the connector.
Q: Do you have stocks? If not, how long will it take for production?
A: It’s customized product, we don’t have any stock and It will be produced according to your requirements. Normally it need to take 7-10days but that all depends on your order quantity.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: The minimum order quantity of customized tree just 1 piece, you can pay 30% deposit to start sample production, after you confirm the effect we will go ahead with production.
