8) Optimum use of the tool area
1. Batcher: Weigh the materials according to the characteristics of materials and the specific proportion.
2. Mixer: Mix the material for 3-5 minutes.
3. Digestion: Digest the mixture after mixing for 3-5 hours.
4. Wheel mill: The digested mixture is crushed and mixed for 3-5 minutes.
5. Pressing: Automatic hydraulic press is used to press the bricks, and the automatic setting machine puts the bricks on the steaming car.
6. Pre-curing: Put the green brick in the curing room and make the bricks reach a certain strength before steaming.
7. Autoclaving: The bricks are autoclaved for 8-10 hours in the autoclave, then put finished bricks in the storage yard.
